From cooking the perfect steak to baking the perfect loaf, there’s a course to suit everyone at Woodspeen Cookery School. All courses are run by either Peter Eaton, or one of their other senior chefs. Each Chef Tutor has an encyclopaedic knowledge of food. But they’re also experienced teachers, who know how to put people at ease.
Every class uses seasonal, local or homegrown produce wherever they can. In fact, their cookery school overlooks their very own vegetable garden, where you might even pick your own ingredients. Keeping class sizes small, to give everyone plenty of one-on-one time and hands-on advice and the confidence to ask as many questions as you have. And above all, you’ll leave feeling energised, with a headful of ideas and a sense of achievement.
