The Daylesford Cookery School

Specialities

Few cookery schools can lay claim to a 2,350-acre organic farm on their doorstep, so when it comes to making the most of exceptional ingredients, Daylesford’s culinary HQ in the Cotswolds definitely has the edge. The dairy comes from the creamery next door; produce straight from the organic market garden; and all meat and poultry is raised on site Housed in a glorious old stone barn, the school’s high-spec kitchens are decorated in Daylesford’s signature elegant homey style and play host to full-day and half-day courses in a phenomenal range of topics. The culinary calendar caters to all ages and abilities, from courses for children, to essential skills for teens leaving home and masterclasses for seasoned kitchen maestros. You can pick and choose from the likes of game cookery, making the most of Christmas leftovers, effortless canapés, healthy eating, wild and foraged food, nose-to-tail butchery or even a cookery and floristry combo class. And, thanks to the cluster of holiday cottages and the revitalising Bamford Wellness Spa on site, your time at Daylesford doesn’t have to end at the kitchen door.
