Hosted by Michelin-starred chef Marcello Tully, Kinloch Lodge’s hands-on cookery workshops let you do exactly that, bringing guests into the kitchen for the morning meeting with the brigade and keeping you there until lunch. Over three and a half hours, you’ll work alongside Marcello and his chefs to prepare dishes for that day’s menu, and still find time to enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee and petits fours. Kinloch also runs bespoke classes that allow participants to set the agenda – whether they want to create a winning dinner-party menu, learn how to deal with fish and shellfish, brush-up on their butchery skills or bake the best bread and pastry.
